All service and support packages are fully accredited and endorsed by the manufacturers as well as independently audited to ensure their consistently high standard. These locally-based, national support schemes can be implemented on either a cost-per-copy or time-and- materials basis, at the discretion of the client.

Flexible service training programs

In addition to this rigorous support plan, we also offer a range of fully accredited service training programmes, which can be tailored upon enquiry to meet your specific needs and requirements. These courses can be delivered either on-site or off-site depending on your preference and all training is supported by our telephone and infield engineering support personnel, as standard.

Unique delivery and installation programs

Furthermore, as a trade-only supplier, Cargil Solutions benefits from being able to offer a unique delivery and installation programme either to you or direct to your onward customer. We are also pleased to provide a comprehensive post-sale support programme which includes a quarterly, on-site service review conducted with your service team, as standard, in order to ensure that we continue to offer the best possible support to both you and your enterprise, throughout the entire sales process.
